Vivienne Haynes – Principal
Vivienne has extensive experience in commercial and property litigation (particularly in the complicated field of collective enfranchisement) and also corporate commercial work including the maintenance and protection of intellectual property, in particular in relation to the music industry and copyright.
Vivienne worked in the music industry for major record companies before and after she trained as a lawyer. Vivienne first formed her own firm in 2003 which merged with Bevan Kidwell in 2007. In 2009 Vivienne returned to her first love, running her own business and formed Haynes Orme. Always practical and down to earth in her approach, Vivienne is able to put her hands on experience to good use to solve problems and get results.
